Why Join NCAMP?
Representation
The North Carolina Association
of Mortgage Professionals is the only statewide
industry-supported association dedicated to advancing
the knowledge and understanding of the mortgage
profession. In doing so, NCAMP strives to educate
and inform the public, legislators and government
agency officials regarding the many valuable
services and benefits Mortgage Professionals
provide to the general public.
Education
Unlike any other education
provider, NCAMP has a vested interest in helping
our members be the most knowledgeable and ethical
mortgage professional they can be. NCAMP is dedicated
to a higher standard and all of our courses, from
a wide variety of highly acclaimed continuing
education courses to our comprehensive fundamentals course,
are designed and implemented with that philosophy. We
want NCAMP members to be the best in the business
and our classes are designed to help them stay
there!
Information
The NCAMP membership is composed
primarily of independent businesses that specialize
in the origination and processing of mortgage loans.
In working with a Mortgage Professional, a customer
is better informed of the many mortgage programs
available on the market today and is matched with
a loan product suited to his or her financial needs.
The NCAMP is also very supportive of major Wholesale
lenders entering our state and invite their membership.
As a team, we can provide North Carolina mortgage
customers an invaluable service.
Communication
Through its series of conferences,
town meetings, association services and publications,
NCAMP provides the resources necessary for ongoing
communication of education, training and regulatory
issues affecting the mortgage industry. With membership
in NCAMP, your interests are supported and represented
by a growing network of business professionals
involved in or affected by the residential loan
market.
Government Relations
As a clearinghouse of resources
and information pertinent to licensing and regulation,
NCAMP seeks to improve the regulatory practices,
policies and procedures of government agencies
involved in mortgage industry regulation.
